    If you would like to become an Expert Contributor for IT’S THE NOW, we’d love to hear from you!

    There are two ways to apply to contribute, either email editorial@itsthenow.com or submit your article as a Word document below.

    When contacting us please remember to include your full name, website, who you are and what you’re about, along with your article or article idea, bio and headshot.

    *Note – If you are contacting us without an article, please send at least three angles that you think would align well for IT’S THE NOW.

    Contributing Guidelines

    Word count – Submissions should be between 300 – 800 words in Word format.

    Style and tone – Articles are to be written in a relaxed and informal tone. While the information should be from authoritative perspective, the tone should be as if talking to a friend.

    Article structure – Articles should be structured as listicles, how to’s or as general practical and informative articles on approved topics. Please refer to current articles on our website for the type of content we publish.

    Images – Please submit any images with attribution details. By submitting an article you are agreeing that all content and photographs submitted are your own, or free for commercial use, or used with express permission from the owner; and that you authorise us to use them. We will not accept any responsibility for any copyright or ownership infringements made by Contributors.

    Bio and headshot – When submitting your article please also attach a short bio (one to two sentences), a headshot (in high res) and one hyperlink to reference back to your website.

    Freebies/Promo – Strictly no advertorials or self promo within the article. If you would like to advertise please email us at hello@itsthenow.com and request a media kit.

    Links – We encourage and accept links within articles. All links that are included should be relevant to the content without being salesy. Links to freebies, promotions, content upgrades or anything to that effect will be removed.
